Advisory Board

The Holtec Advisory Board is composed of individuals with proven expertise in varied areas including industrial entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, government service, and academia. The Advisory Board advises Holtec’s CEO on major policy matters and serves as the supreme watchdog of corporate governance. In contrast to boards of public companies, the Holtec Advisory Board is a purely consultative body and does not have executive authority. Each member is fully indemnified for their work for the Advisory Board.
