A complete system that generates and stores power safely and with total respect for our environment.
These three complementary technologies can be deployed nearly anywhere in the world individually or in combination as needed to meet clean energy goals:

SMR-300
Single loop pressurized reactor that produces at least 300 megawatts of electrical power under baseload conditions

HI-THERM HCSP
Uses a concentrated solar plant (CSP) with photovoltaic (PV) panels between heliostats to generate clean power

Green Boiler
Able to store large amounts of energy for long periods of time which can also be diverted to produce steam
Nuclear and Solar: A Winning Green Energy Combo
The Holtec Clean Energy Triad combines two distinct green energy sources with a third system that can harness power, either by storing it or converting it to superheated steam. SMR-300™ generates at least 300 megawatts of nuclear power. HI-THERM HCSP can capture at least 700 MW per day from the sun. The Green Boiler collects and stores energy from these two power sources for on-demand use. With a charged Green Boiler on stand-by, SMR-300™ is “black start” capable, meaning it will not need any offsite power for start-up. If a sufficient amount of land is available then the solar plant can be equipped with its own turbogenerator to produce electricity. The Clean Energy Triad uses a space-efficient footprint and fewer natural resources.
