Charles (Chuck) Bullard II is the Vice President of Engineering Mechanics which is by far the largest technical discipline at Holtec International. Bullard is responsible for all Solid Mechanics work performed by all Holtec divisions and operation centers, including SMR, LLC and Palisades Energy, LLC.

Bullard is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania earning his Bachelor’s (1994) and Master of Science (2000) degrees. He has earned several awards and citations from the company in his 30 years of service including the coveted award of Holtec Fellow. Bullard is credited with making Holtec’s structural department into a bastion of technical excellence admired and respected by our customers, regulators, and other counterparties alike.
