The list of the members of Holtec International’s Board-of-Directors (along with their short bios) is provided below.  As can be inferred from the list, the Holtec Board is composed of individuals with proven expertise in varied areas including industrial entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, government service, and academia. The Board advises the Company CEO on major policy matters and serves as the supreme watchdog of corporate governance. Each member is fully indemnified for his/ her work for the Board.

Dr. Singh is the President and CEO of Holtec International. He founded Holtec in 1986 as a small engineering company and nurtured its steady rise into a multi-national fortress of technology with its business footprint in 18 countries on five continents.

Dr. Eduardo D. Glandt

Eduardo Glandt is the Nemirovsky Family Dean Emeritus of the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Glandt is a chemical engineer and a renowned expert in thermodynamics.

Jim Miller is Of Counsel in the Birmingham office and a member of the Energy Section of the Law firm Balch & Bingham. Mr. Miller retired as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Nuclear Operating Company in the fall of 2011.

Before his election to the state legislature, he was an educator in the Bordentown Township School District followed by a short stint as the owner and operator of a real estate brokerage business.
