Vijay Verma is the vice president and chief technology officer of Holtec Security International. In this role, he develops strategies related to the deployment of IT services and business development.

Professional History 

Verma has over 40 years of global experience in IT and management consulting services, working in the United States, Australia and India. As an experienced leader with an international career history, he takes great pride in his ability to find solutions to difficult issues in a collaborative manner and is regarded by colleagues for his humility and integrity.

Over the years, Verma has worked across a broad array of government and private sector organizations, including law enforcement, publishing, treasury, financial services, water utilities, railways, manufacturing and performing arts centers. He has experience in project management, strategic planning, business needs analysis, systems development, and systems integration to achieve corporate goals and objectives.  

Verma has also helped organizations streamline business operations and improve productivity by using proven methodologies and implementing quality standards.

Education

Verma earned a Master of Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi (India). Verma also graduated from the Australian Public Service Academy’s Public Sector Management Program and received a certification in ISO 9001 Quality Systems Management from Merrimack College (USA).
