Holtec Asia firmly believes that to achieve and maintain unwavering quality, a state-of-the-art quality assurance program must be supported by a comprehensive set of quality procedures, a robust implementation program, and a shared sense of ownership and accountability.
Holtec Asia’s Quality Assurance program is documented through a hierarchical structure, with its Quality Assurance Procedures Manual at the top. Containing a compendium of approximately fifty quality procedures, this manual outlines the broad criteria and organizational requirements for quality. Holtec Asia’s Standard Procedures provide further details for lower-tier implementation.
