Mr. Nedashkovskiy was born on April, 14, 1961 in Kyiv. In 1983 he graduated from the Odessa Polytechnic Institute majoring in “Nuclear Plants and Installations” specialization.
From 1983 to 2000, he worked at the Khmelnytsky Nuclear Power Plant, where he passed the career path from lineman of border equipment to Director General of station.
From 2000 to 2003, he was President of SE NNEGC Energoatom.
From 2003 to 2005, he held the position of assistant consultant of national deputy of Ukraine.
2005 – 2006 – President of SE NNEGC Energoatom.
2006 – 2008 – Deputy Minister of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine.
2008 – 2012 – President of SE NNEGC Energoatom
