Peter R. Rogers is manager of administration and intelligence of the Real-Time Tactical Operations Intelligence Center. In this role, Rogers is responsible for providing advisory expertise for the company’s clients. He manages, coordinates, integrates and facilitates the efforts, workflow and scheduling of individuals and committees and other resources.
Professional History
Rogers is a retired sergeant from the Camden County Police Department with over 35 years of management experience in various leadership roles. He was an executive officer to three police chiefs and served on the Tactical-Force and Patrol Units. Rogers was also the supervisor of the Executive Protection and Community Outreach Units. He spearheaded the successful creation of Camden’s Neighborhood Response Central Team.
Through strategic planning and coordination, Rogers successfully integrated a civilian contractor into the department to serve as Camden’s force multiplier. He also assessed outcomes and developed timelines, flow charts, information packages and other documentation to secure data.
Rogers represented Camden’s police chiefs at senior level meetings, articulating their positions and equities in key forums of public safety and law enforcement.
For this extraordinary leadership, Rogers received numerous awards and certifications.
Education
Rogers is a graduate of the Police Academy at Camden County College, State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety; Division of Criminal Justice, Police Training Commission.
Rogers also attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
He has been trained in tactical community policing security/problem solving strategies, incident command systems levels 100-700 strategic planning, crisis intervention/ethical issues in community poling, methods of instruction and problem solving strategies.
