Admiral Fritz Roegge has joined us as President of Holtec Government Services, a subsidiary of Holtec International which provides high technology-content goods and services to U.S. government entities. He also serves as Holtec International’s senior vice president and chief strategy officer. In this role, he works with Holtec’s Executive Committee to identify new viable areas of business concentration.

Admiral Roegge comes to Holtec following a three-decade career in the U.S.  Navy. He led organizations of progressively increasing size, budget and complexity ranging from a single nuclear-powered submarine to the entire U.S. Pacific Submarine Force, and culminating as a three-star Admiral serving as President of the National Defense University, the Nation’s premiere university for graduate-level military education. 

Admiral Roegge is an honors graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; he earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Catholic University of America and a Master of Arts with highest distinction in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College.

Kevin O’Rourke, CPA has joined us as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) of Holtec International. Mr. O’Rourke has decades of accounting and financial management experience with a substantial period of time in public accounting as an auditor and a sought-after industry consultant, including working with several clients who were multibillion-dollar private businesses and well-known industry leaders in their respective business sectors. Mr. O’Rourke has also served as the CFO of several highly successful private businesses. He has experience in numerous industries including the real estate, construction, healthcare and government sectors.

Ronald Gillett, CPA has joined us as the chief accounting officer (CAO) of Holtec International. He reports to the CFO. Mr. Gillett is an accomplished financial professional with over 25 years of diversified experience in accounting, finance, cash flow management, business support, performance reporting and financial analysis. He also brings with him extensive experience in construction accounting, job project analysis, annual business plan development, audit management and budgeting for multimillion-dollar corporations.

Chris Ciabattone, CPA holds the position of the corporate controller reporting to the CFO. Mr. Ciabattone is a seasoned accounting professional with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Holtec, he served as director of accounting for several power plants, including Brooklyn Navy Yard Cogeneration, PE Berkeley, York Haven and Keystone/Conemaugh. In these roles, he reported to company vice presidents of finance, CFOs, equity partners and other stakeholders. His responsibilities included the preparation and issuance of audited financial statements, compliance reporting and cash management responsibility for each corporation.

Admiral Roegge, Mr. O’Rourke, Mr. Gillett and Mr. Ciabattone are all based at the Krishna P. Singh Technology Campus in Camden, New Jersey. These seasoned professionals are poised to be transformative leaders and impactful contributors to Holtec International and its worldwide subsidiaries.
